6 Officers Charged In Freddie Gray Death

The 6 officers involved in the arrest of Freddie Gray have been charged criminally by State Attorney Marilyn Mosby.

1. The driver of the police van, Officer Caesar Goodson Jr., 45, was charged with second degree murder, manslaughter, second degree assault, vehicular manslaughter, and misconduct in office.

2. Officer William Porter, 25, was charged with involuntary manslaughter, second degree assault, and misconduct in office.

3. Lieutenant Brian Rice, 41, was charged with involuntary manslaughter, second degree assault, and misconduct in office.

4. Sergeant Alicia White, 30, was charged with involuntary manslaughter, second degree assault, and misconduct in office.

5. Officer Edward Nero, 29, was charged with second degree assault and misconduct in office.

6. Officer Garret Miller, 26, was charged with second degree assault and misconduct in office.
